8.1 Dispute Resolution

Duty to resolve disputes in good faith.


In the event of any dispute arising between Cleartrade (and/or its owners) and any Member out of or in connection with these Rules, including any dispute as to the existence, validity or termination of Contracts, the parties to the dispute will use their best efforts to resolve such dispute in good faith and in a spirit of mutual understanding and co-operation so as to avoid adverse consequences for the Members and for the operation of the Markets. The parties may agree to handle the dispute in accordance with the complaint procedures established by Cleartrade as amended from time to time.
